A week or so after I made the 4th of July pops, my hubby and I were invited to a picnic with some friends, so I thought, "Hey, I enjoyed making those other pops, and everyone seemed to like them, I think I'll make some more for the picnic!"Since it was going to be warm out, I wanted something that was going to be sweet, but also refreshing, so instead of using chocolate cake mix like I did with the 4th of July pops, I used a Strawberry cake mixed with cream cheese frosting. They were a huge hit and yummy too!
