I was bored today, and thought I'd try out some mini cupcakes!
This is what they look like fresh out of the oven! A few of them have globs of frosting on them b/c I was playing around with some topping ideas.

I ended up making a chocolate glaze and piping chocolate buttercream on top!
I brought these over to my Nana's house for her, my Aunt Betty and my Aunt Vicky.They loved them as much as I did!UPDATE:
I was also contracted shortly after I posted these, to make 100 mini cupcakes for an engagement party! I wish my camera would have been cooperating because those little fiesta cupcakes were sweet!
