Okay, so I'm not gonna lie to you. My first attempt at these was not a pretty sight. I failed miserably! The recipe I initially had was not right and they came out looking like cream puff cookies! Very flat! So, I was hesitant to try again. I'm soooo glad I did b/c these ones came out PERFECT!
AND instead of filling them with the traditional custard or whipped cream, I filled them with a cheesecake mixture! They were soooooo DELICIOUS!
I then topped each one with a little bit of powdered sugar and drizzled chocolate on top. They were serioulsy to die for and there wasn't a single puff left at the end of the day!
